Within the CEF program, the first services to be activated will be those in support of the European interoperability of the electronic prescription (ePrescription / eDispensation or eP / eD) and/or the Patient Summary (PS) through the creation of a dedicated infrastructure and connected to the national EHR interoperability network. The project for its implementation is called " Deployment of generic cross border eHealth services -National Contact Point eHealth (NCPeH)". It officially started in January 2017 and is expected to finish at the end of 2021.
