This activity aims to provide the cross-border e-Health services envisaged by the project, creating the infrastructure capable of guaranteeing interoperability and the exchange of an electronic prescription (ePrescription or eP) and/or a Patient Summary between the Member States, participating in the project.

The infrastructure, developed according to the security specifications provided for at the community level, will be able to ensure the provision of services 24h, 7 days a week, to guarantee operational and care continuity for patients and operators. It is built in two separate sites in order to guarantee operational continuity.

Furthermore, an ad hoc service is provided for monitoring and evaluating performance, which has as its main objective the continuous improvement of the quality of the services provided, and which will allow to intervene efficiently and effectively in the process, in order to optimize the expected results and expectations of users and healthcare professionals.
